LifeGroup Submission Form

The mission of Solid Rock LifeGroups is to deepen engagement with the Word, relationships within the church body, and to increase our evangelistic presence in the surrounding communities. Please note that all LifeGroup leaders must have completed Advance Discipleship, attend mandatory training sessions, and fill out a team member application (once) in order to receive final approval from Solid Rock's senior leadership before hosting a LifeGroup!
